Section 9.3 of the Master Services Agreement and Section 2.7 / Annex B of the Data Processing Agreement
About this registry
Sparrowhawk maintains this registry as required by Master Services Agreement Section 9.3(e) and Data Processing Agreement Section 2.7: a current list of Contributory Data Partners — vetted third parties that receive a minimized subset of Customer Data ("Contributory Data": accounts-receivable and payment-performance fields plus the identity of the related retailer or business debtor) solely to generate credit scores, risk signals, suggested credit limits, or similar reports.
Sparrowhawk will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via this registry and by email or in-product notice before including Customer's Contributory Data with a new Contributory Data Partner or a new category of Contributory Data Partner. Customers may opt out of some or all Contributory Data Partnerships at any time — see the Privacy Policy or contact privacy@sparrowhawklabs.com.
